Our first team avoided relegation with a particularly strong finish to a very competitive season. Great credit to Tony Fox, Seamus Duffy and John Joyce who played all 11 games with Seamus in particular having a great season with a score of 6.5/11. Top board Diana Mats also had a great introductory season with a score of 5.5/10. Other notable performers were Sergey Beryozkin with 4.5/7 and Rustem Abdullayev and Peter Jackson with 3.5/5.
